SMS Terms

Streamlinee, operated by Streamlinee LLC, sends SMS text messages on behalf of the local service businesses that use the platform. When you provide your mobile number to one of those businesses and agree to be contacted by text, you may receive messages such as appointment reminders and confirmations, service and rebooking reminders, and requests to review your experience.

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on the business’s website form or booking widget, or by otherwise agreeing to receive texts from that business. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and your relationship with the business you contacted.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility; we are not responsible for them.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the SMS provider that delivers these messages. See our Privacy Policy for more.
