What counts as a minute?
Each second of active call time, rounded up to the minute. Hold time and silence count.
What happens if I exceed the included minutes?
We'll reach out to discuss an upgrade. We won't cut off calls mid-conversation — your patients always get answered.
Is a credit card required to start?
No. You get 14 days free to test Riley with your actual practice. We'll ask for a card before the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
